Danny Trouton is a Belfast-based multi-instrumentalist, music producer and mixing engineer. From picking up a pair of drumsticks at a young age, he quickly became obsessed with performing and creating music - using whatever instruments he could get his hands on.

In 2013, Danny moved to London to study Pop Music at the prestigious Goldsmiths, University of London, which has produced such talent as James Blake and Katy B. Immersing himself in the local scene there, he gained invaluable hands-on experience as a session drummer, live performer and music producer.

Now based in Belfast, he works closely with independent artists, songwriters and bands to bring their songs to life. Using his skills as a drummer, pianist and guitarist, Danny prides himself on using his collaborative production style to get the very best out of each and every song that passes through his hands.

He also regularly gigs, having played with Duke Special, Kyron Bourke and toured extensively throughout Europe with Amy Montgomery.

As well as music production, Danny is also active in the Film & TV post-production industry - offering audio mixing, composition and dialogue editing services. His work has been featured on BBC Sport and showcased at multiple film festivals throughout Europe - most recently being selected for the Stockholm City Film Festival.
